The Caribbean
Veterinary Medical Association (CbVMA)
proudly announces the 26th
Biennial Caribbean Veterinary Conference to be held November 3 to 6, 2010 at
the Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
This event has traditionally brought together veterinarians from the Caribbean community and beyond for a getaway packed with
Continuing Education, exchange of ideas and experiences, fellowship, fun and
relaxation.
The upcoming 2010 Conference, organized under the
leadership of the Jamaica Veterinary
Medical Association (JVMA), will take place under the theme Animal
Health and Welfare for Sustainable Human Development. Academic content

poultry medicine and management, companion animal and equine medicine and

there is planned a major venture into wildlife and environmental veterinary
medicine by the inclusion of a specific sub-conference dedicated to the subject
of marine animals from whales to turtles.
The CbVMA and JVMA are confident that you will be
as excited about this event as we are and look forward to your participation,
whether you are from a Caribbean country, North, Central or South
America or anywhere in the world! Join with us as the veterinary
profession moves forward in our quest to sustain and improve the well-being of
every living creature on Planet earth!
